Common use of Representations and Warranties of the New Subsidiary Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties of the New Subsidiary Guarantor. (i) The New Subsidiary Guarantor hereby confirms that each representation and warranty made under the Guaranty Agreement is true and correct with respect to such New Subsidiary Guarantor as of the date hereof (except to the extent such representations and warranties expressly refer to an earlier date, in which case they shall be true and correct as of the earlier date).
