Representations and Warranties of the City. The City makes the following representations and warranties to the Authority as of the date of the execution and delivery of this Installment Purchase Agreement and as of the Delivery Date (such representations and warranties to remain operative and in full force and effect regardless of delivery of the 2015-A Bonds or any investigations by or on behalf of the Authority or the results thereof):
