REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE ACQUIRED COMPANIES AND THE SELLING PARTIES. Except as set forth in the Disclosure Schedule prepared pursuant to Section 10.16, each of the Acquired Companies, solely with respect to representations and warranties regarding the Acquired Companies, and each of the Selling Parties, individually with respect to himself or herself only and not jointly and solely with respect to representations and warranties regarding such Selling Parties set forth in Sections 2.3(a), 2.4(a), 2.21(b), 2.21(c), 2.29 and 2.30, represent and warrant, to and for the benefit of the Indemnitees, as follows:
