REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF SUBVERSIVE AND MERGERSUB. Except as set forth in the corresponding sections or subsections of the Subversive Disclosure Schedules, each of Subversive and MergerSub hereby represents and warrants to Xxxxxx as of the Agreement Date and as of the Closing Date as follows; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided in this Agreement, all representations, warranties covenants and disclosures of Subversive in this Article IV are being made with exception to and not with respect to Federal Cannabis Laws:
