REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF STANDARD GOLD. Standard Gold represents, warrants and agrees that all of the statements in the following subsections of this Article III are true and complete as of the date hereof. The disclosure schedules attached hereto as Schedules 3.2 through 3.19 (the "Standard Gold Disclosure Schedules") are divided into sections that correspond to the sections of this Article III. The Standard Gold Disclosure Schedules comprise lists of all exceptions to the truth and accuracy in all material respects of, and of all disclosures or descriptions required by, the representations and warranties set forth in this Article III.
