Representations and Warranties of Scantek to be True. The representations and warranties of Scantek herein contained shall be true on the Closing Date with the same effect as though made at such time, except to the extent waived in writing or affected by the transactions contemplated herein; and Scantek shall have delivered to HumaScan a certificate of Scantek in the form annexed hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "J", signed by the President and Secretary of Scantek and dated the Closing Date.
