Common use of Representations and Warranties; Certificate Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties; Certificate. The representations and warranties of each of AmeriCredit, the Company and AFS SenSub in this Agreement shall be true and correct as of the Date of Issuance with respect to such Person as if made on the Date of Issuance and Financial Security shall have received a certificate of appropriate officers of the Owner Trustee, AmeriCredit, the Company and AFS SenSub, as the case may be, to that effect.

The representations and warranties of each of AmeriCredit, the Company and AFS SenSub Funding Trust in this Agreement shall be true and correct as of the Date of Issuance with respect to such Person as if made on the Date of Issuance and Financial Security shall have received a certificate of appropriate officers of the Owner Trustee, AmeriCredit, the Company and AFS SenSubFunding Trust, as the case may be, to that effect.
