REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES AS TO THE LEASES. Seller makes the following representations and warranties as to the Leases. The representations and warranties shall survive the sale of the Leases. Purchaser's knowledge of any breach of the representations or warranties contained herein shall not void any of the representations or warranties or Seller's obligation to indemnify Purchaser for any such breach as provided in Article XII hereto; provided, however, that Purchaser shall inform Seller if Purchaser becomes aware prior to the Closing Date of any breach by Seller of the representations and warranties contained herein:
