Representations and Warranties as to Individual Mortgage Loans. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the applicable Seller hereby makes the following representations and warranties to the Purchaser on which the Purchaser specifically relies in purchasing such Mortgage Loan. Such representations and warranties speak as of the Funding Date and, with respect to any securitization, as of the related cut-off date specified in the trust agreement with respect to such securitization (and modified, as necessary, to reflect changes due to events that may have occurred from the applicable Funding Date through the closing date of the securitization) unless otherwise indicated, but shall survive any subsequent transfer, assignment or conveyance of such Mortgage Loans:
