Representations and Indemnities to Survive Delivery. The agreements, representations, warranties, indemnities and other statements of the Company (or First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, as the case may be) or its officers and of each Underwriter set forth in or made pursuant to this Agreement and the related Terms Agreement will remain in full force and effect, regardless of any investigation made by or on behalf of any Underwriter or the Company (or First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, as the case may be) or any of the officers, directors or controlling persons referred to in Section 7 hereof, and will survive delivery of and payment for the related Offered Certificates. The provisions of Section 7 hereof shall survive the termination or cancellation of this Agreement and the related Terms Agreement.
