Representation of Understanding of Agreement. Employee acknowledges that Employee has had the opportunity to consult an attorney of Employee’s own choosing before entering into this Agreement. Employee represents and warrants that Employee has read all of the terms of this Agreement and that Employee fully understands and voluntarily accepts these terms. Employee further acknowledges and agrees that Employee has been given a reasonable period of time within which to consider this Agreement.
Representation of Understanding of Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes the entire and integrated agreement between the Parties with respect to all matters referred to herein, that counsel for each Party has participated in the preparation of this Agreement, that the Parties have each had the opportunity to have counsel of their own choosing review this Agreement, and that they are entering into this Agreement voluntarily, without duress, with full mental capacity, and with a full understanding of the terms hereof. Any uncertainty or ambiguity existing in this Agreement shall not be interpreted against any party as a result of the manner of the preparation of this Agreement. All of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be binding and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors and assigns.
Representation of Understanding of Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that they have been provided adequate opportunity to have counsel of their own choosing review this Agreement, and that they are entering into this Agreement voluntarily, with a full understanding of its terms. The Parties also acknowledge and agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties with respect to the Disputed Matters, and this Agreement supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, promises, representations, negotiations, statements or understanding of the Parties that are not explicitly included herein. The terms of this Agreement may not be altered or amended, in whole or in part, except in a writing manually signed in ink by all Parties.
Representation of Understanding of Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement, including all Exhibits thereto, constitutes the entire and integrated agreement between the Parties; each had the opportunity to have counsel of their own choosing review this Agreement; and they are entering into this Agreement voluntarily, with a full understanding of the terms hereof. No amendments shall be binding upon the Parties unless in writing and signed by all of the Parties.
