Common use of Repossession Clause in Contracts

Repossession. You may repossess the Property so long as the repossession does not involve a breach of the peace. You may sell, lease or otherwise dispose of the Property as provided by law. You may apply what you receive from the disposition of the Property to your expenses, your attorneys fees and legal expenses (where not prohibited by law), and any debt I owe you. If what you receive from the disposition of the Property does not satisfy the debt, I will be liable for the deficiency (where permitted by law).
