Common use of REPORTS TO THE MANAGER Clause in Contracts

REPORTS TO THE MANAGER. THE ADVISER AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. Prepare and furnish to Manager, Adviser and/or the Trust’s Board of Trustees (the “Board” or the “Trustees”) such reports, statistical data and other information in such form and at such intervals as Manager, Adviser and/or the Board may reasonably request. Sub-Adviser shall also make available to the Manager, Adviser and the Board at reasonable times its portfolio managers and other appropriate personnel as mutually agreed by the Manager, Adviser and Sub-Adviser, either in person or, at the mutual convenience of the Manager, Adviser the Board and the Sub-Adviser, by telephone or other electronic media, in order to review the investment policies, performance and other matters relating to the management of the Series;
