REPORTS TO THE CORPORATION. Furnish to or place at the disposal of the Corporation such information, reports, evaluations, analyses, and opinions relating to its functions as the Corporation may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably request or as the Investment Manager may deem helpful to the Corporation.
