Common use of Reports to the Commission Clause in Contracts

Reports to the Commission. (a) The Securities Administrator and the Master Servicer shall reasonably cooperate with the Depositor in connection with the Trust's satisfying its reporting requirements under the Exchange Act. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Securities Administrator shall prepare and file on behalf of the Trust any Form 8-K, Form 10-D and Form 10-K required by the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder, and the Master Servicer shall sign such Forms on behalf of the Trust. Notwithstanding the previous sentence, the Depositor shall file the Form 8-K in connection with the filing of this Agreement.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Securities Administrator shall prepare and file on behalf of the Trust any Form 8-K, Form 10-D and Form 10-K required by the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder, and the Master Servicer shall sign such Forms on behalf of the Trust. Notwithstanding the previous sentence, the Depositor shall file the Form 8-K in connection with the filing of this Agreement.
