Common use of Reports to Securityholders Clause in Contracts

Reports to Securityholders. As soon as practicable after the Effective Date, to make generally available via the Commission’s Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval (XXXXX) System, to the Partnership’s securityholders and the Representatives an earnings statement of the Partnership and its subsidiaries (which need not be audited) complying with Section 11(a) of the Securities Act and the Rules and Regulations (including, at the option of the Partnership, Rule 158).
