Common use of Reports to Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Reports to Certificateholders. (a) On each Distribution Date on or prior to a Section 7.01(c) Purchase Event or a Trust Fund Termination Event, the Trustee shall prepare (based solely on information provided by the Master Servicer) and shall make available to each Certificateholder and each Rating Agency a report setting forth the following information (on the basis of Mortgage Loan level information obtained from the Servicers and the Master Servicer):

Reports to Certificateholders. (a) On each Distribution Date on or prior to a Section 7.01(c) Purchase Event or a Trust Fund Termination Event, the Trustee shall prepare (based solely on information provided by the Master ServicerServicer (other than item (xvii) below, which shall be determined solely by the Trustee)) and shall make available to each Certificateholder and each Rating Agency a report (the “Distribution Date Statement”), setting forth the following information (on the basis of Mortgage Loan level information obtained from the Servicers and the Master ServicerServicer (other than with respect to item (xvii) below)):
