Reports on Development. Commencing six (6) months after a Development Plan is adopted, and every six (6) months thereafter during Development, REPLIDYNE shall furnish DSP with reports in English on the progress and the results of the Development under the then-current Development Plan being carried out by or on behalf of REPLIDYNE, its Affiliates, or its Third Party sublicensees. Such report shall be deemed REPLIDYNE Confidential Information.
