Common use of Reports of unusual occurrence Clause in Contracts

Reports of unusual occurrence. The Concessionaire shall, prior to the close of each day, send to the Government and the Independent Engineer, by facsimile or e-mail, a report stating accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project Highway relating to the safety and security of the Users and Project Highway. A weekly and monthly summary of such reports shall also be sent within 3 (three) days of the closing of each week and month, as the case may be. For the purposes of this Clause 19.6, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project Highway shall include:
