Reports of the Custodian. Each Plan Year, the Custodian shall provide to the Employer a Summary Description. Not later than 31 days after the close of each Plan Year, the Custodian shall also furnish to each Participant an account statement with respect to his or her SIMPLE IRA under the Plan for such Plan Year. In addition, the Custodian is required to file an annual report with the IRS.
