Common use of Reports by the Property Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Property Trustee. Within 60 days after September 1 of each year, commencing September 1, ____, the Property Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Preferred Securities such reports as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Property Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of Section 313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act.

Reports by the Property Trustee. Within 60 days after September 1 of each year, commencing September 1, ____, the Property Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Preferred Securities such reports as are (a) If required by Section 313 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, if anythe Property Trustee shall, in within 60 days after each September 15 following the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 date of this Trust Agreement, transmit to all Holders a brief report, dated as of the Trust Indenture Act. The immediately preceding September 15, concerning the Property Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of and its actions under this Trust Agreement pursuant to Section 313(d313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act.

The Property Trustee shall also comply with the other requirements of Section 313(d) ss. 313 of the Trust Indenture Act.
