Reports by the Preferred Guarantee Trustee. Within 60 days after May 15 of each year, the Preferred Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Preferred Securities such reports as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Preferred Guarantee Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of Section 313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act.

Reports by the Preferred Guarantee Trustee. Within 60 days after each May 15 beginning with the May 15 following the date on which the Preferred Securities are originally issued, the Preferred Guarantee Trustee shall transmit by mail to each Holder of the Preferred Securities in the manner and to the extent provided in Trust Indenture Act Section 313(c) a brief report dated as of such May 15 that complies with Trust Indenture Act Section 313(a). The Preferred Guarantee Trustee shall also comply with Trust Indenture Act Section 313(b). A copy of each report at the time of the maling to the Holders of the Preferred Securities shall be filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission and each stock exchange on which the Preferred Securities are listed.
