Reports by the Property Trustee. (a) The Property Trustee shall transmit to the Securityholders such reports concerning the Property Trustee, its actions under this Trust Agreement and the property and funds in its possession in its capacity as the Property Trustee as may be required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided pursuant thereto.
