Common use of REPORTS BY NOTE TRUSTEE TO NOTEHOLDERS Clause in Contracts

REPORTS BY NOTE TRUSTEE TO NOTEHOLDERS. if required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, within 60 days after 31st December of any year, commencing 31st December 2002, the Note Trustee shall deliver to each Noteholder a brief report dated as of such 31st December that complies with Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act. The Note Trustee also shall comply with Section 313(b), (c) and (d) of the Trust Indenture Act. Reports delivered pursuant to this Clause 15 (Z) shall be sent as provided in Clause 24;
