REPORTS BY NOTE TRUSTEE TO NOTEHOLDERS. If required by TIA Section 313(a), within 60 days after November 15 of any year, commencing the November 15 following the date of this Deed, and at intervals of not more than 12 months, the Note Trustee shall deliver to each Noteholder a brief report dated as of such November 15 that complies with TIA Section 313(a). The Note Trustee also shall comply with TIA Sections 313(b), (c) and (d). Reports delivered pursuant to this Clause 12(ee) shall be sent as provided in Clause 22.3.
