Reports and Records for the Indenture Trustee. In addition to each of the reports required to be prepared and delivered by the Servicer pursuant to Section 2.02(e) hereof, the Servicer shall, after the Note Initial Increase Date at any time the Notes are Outstanding, prepare and deliver in accordance with this Section 2.11 each of the following reports and notices:
