REPORTS AND RECORD-KEEPING. 4.1. The RL shall maintain accurate records of all matters relating to the COD Connections provided under this Agreement, and shall: 4.1.1. Upon request by NLT, submit supporting evidence showing that the COD Connections are used only for the provision of Enterprise Services.
