Common use of Reporting Use Clause in Contracts

Reporting Use. Information provided in Midyear and Final reports may be used by OMeGA for communication purposes in electronic and/or print format. OMeGA will omit program names and provide information in aggregate to conceal the identity of Recipient. OMeGA may publicly release the name of the fellow benefiting from the grant and the supported organization name beginning July 1, 2023, subject to any exceptions referenced in Paragraph 8.f.
