The Reporting Use clause defines the rights and limitations regarding the use of information or data for reporting purposes. Typically, it allows one party to use certain data, such as usage statistics or performance metrics, to generate internal or external reports, provided that confidentiality or privacy obligations are maintained. This clause ensures that parties can fulfill regulatory, compliance, or business reporting requirements without breaching the agreement, thereby facilitating transparency and accountability while protecting sensitive information.
Reporting Use. Employees who have had to perform manual physical restraint in the course of their job duties or reasonable force, will complete the required reporting form within forty-eight (48) hours of the incident taking place and shall have the right to consult with their representative before submitting such. The right does not limit the principal or his/her designee from reporting the use of manual physical restraint or the use of reasonable force to the parent prior to the forty-eight (48) hours.
