Reporting TVM Awards. Within 30 days of any third party contract award for a vehicle purchase, the Recipient must submit to FTA the name of the TVM contractor and the total dollar value of the third party contract, and notify FTA that this information has been attached in TrAMS. The Recipient must also submit additional notifications if options are exercised in subsequent years to ensure that the TVM is still in good standing.
