The Reporting Systems clause establishes the requirements and procedures for how parties must collect, maintain, and share information relevant to the agreement. Reporting Systems. MDPD will collect accurate crime statistics, calls for service data, average response time and other related law enforcement statistics specifically within the Town boundaries in order to provide accurate data collection on law enforcement services provided in the Town.
