Reporting Responsibility. (1) Vendor shall be responsible for reporting all direct sales transaction Services purchased under the CTSA. Vendor shall file the monthly reports, subcontract reports, and pay the CRFs in accordance with the due dates specified in this Section 9.15. (2) DIR shall have the right to verify required reports and to take any actions nec- ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to enforce its rights under this Section, including but not limited to, com- pliance checks of Vendor’s applicable CTSA books and records in accordance with terms and conditions of Article 8.
