Reporting protocols. The Joint Working Group shall report to Ministers responsible for portfolios relevant to the Victorian RFAs on an as needs basis. Communication protocols Where possible, communication about the Major Event Review will be made through joint statements by the Parties. If either Party decides to make a separate public statement about the Major Event Review, the Parties agree that they will advise the other Party prior to making the statement. Financial issues The Parties will share equally the costs associated with the following activities that the Parties agree are required to be undertaken for this Major Event Review including the: constitution of the Panel, including an expression of interest process to support identification of Traditional Owner representation on the Panel; costs associated with public consultation, including costs of publication of the Summary Report; operations of the Panel and their associated costs; and publication of the Report from the Panel. Parties may agree to fund other activities where it is agreed by both Parties that it is required for the review. Each of the Parties has invested in assessments and analysis of the 2019-20 Bushfires. Where this information and data will be available in time for the Major Event Review, it will be supplied to the Panel. Additional requests by the Panel relating to data and information, expert advice, consultation, or other matters the Panel considers are required for the Major Event Review, and related funding, will be considered by the Parties on a case-by-case basis. The Parties are responsible for all their own costs incurred in the preparation and, where required, implementation of this Scoping Agreement. That is, each Party continues to be responsible for the costs associated with their ordinary operations as a government body, responsible for, among other things, the preparation and implementation of this Agreement. Costs associated with ordinary operations include Departmental staffing and equipment costs, travel expenditure for department staff, and costs of any third party engaged unilaterally by a party. Reporting protocols. The Joint Working Group shall report to the responsible Ministers:  on an ‘as needs’ basis through the co-chairs  who shall consider the report of the Independent Reviewer and agree a formal Joint Government Response report from the Parties with the intention of making both reports publicly available.

Reporting protocols. IA will agree an Audit Brief with the Trust at the start of each assignment, to be signed by the Chief Auditor and the Chief Executive of the Trust or their representatives. That Audit Brief will indicate a timeline for the work. IA will produce an output for each assignment, that output can take a number of forms including an Audit Report, an ICSA document or an email. The nature of each output will be agreed in the Audit Brief. It is anticipated that where issues arise that are deemed to be of interest to the Council, these will be reported to the Chief Executive of the Council, and where appropriate to elected Members. Where IA carry out work on behalf of the Council as the client that work may result in recommendations for the Trust, these recommendations will be discussed with the Trust prior to finalisation of the report. It is anticipated that agreed IA recommendations will be promptly implemented by the Trust. IA may carry out follow-up work to ensure recommendations are implemented; the Trust may be requested to carry out a self-assessment of implementation. IA will not provide an annual opinion to the Trustees. SCHEDULE FCONTACT ARRANGEMENTS This schedule provides information on the contact arrangements in place and available to the Client under the terms of this Agreement.
Reporting protocols. The Steering Committee shall report to: • responsible Ministers by 30 July 2001 on progress toward meeting the Phase 1 milestone and on the Communication Strategy; • responsible Ministers on the recommendations for the persons to undertake Phase Three; and • responsible Ministers on the Review Team’s compliance with the Terms of Reference.   • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse.

  • Diversity Reporting Upon request, the Contractor will report to the Department its spend with business enterprises certified by the OSD. These reports must include the time period covered, the name and Federal Employer Identification Number of each business enterprise utilized during the period, commodities and contractual services provided by the business enterprise, and the amount paid to the business enterprise on behalf of each agency purchasing under the Contract.
