Dbi Administrative Services Sample Clauses
The "DBI Administrative Services" clause defines the scope and responsibilities of administrative support provided by DBI under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the specific services DBI will perform, such as record-keeping, reporting, compliance management, or coordination tasks, and may detail the standards or timelines for these services. By clearly delineating these administrative duties, the clause ensures both parties understand their expectations and obligations, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings and promoting efficient contract administration.
