Reporting Problems. (a) Tenants are asked to advise the Board immediately if any part of their unit is in need of repair. The contacts for emergency repairs are listed at the bottom of this agreement. (b) Repairs shall be carried out by and at the discretion of the Board in compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act (c) Tenants should not ask staff or contractors to remedy any problems - communication must go via the board to the persons indicated on the bottom of this agreement. There are contacts for emergency and non-emergency situations listed.
