Reporting Payment. An employee who reports for work at his regularly scheduled time and is advised for the first time that there is no work available, shall be given at the Employer’s option four (4) hours’ work or four (4) hours’ pay at his applicable hourly rate. For employees regularly scheduled to work less than four (4) hours the obligation is reduced to the number of hours regularly scheduled to work. This obligation is not applicable where the employee has failed to keep the Employer aware of her telephone number
