Reporting Package. The Provider shall submit to the Purchaser a reporting package that includes: 1. All audit schedules and reports required for the type of audit applicable to the agency; 2. A summary schedule of prior year findings and the status of addressing these findings; 3. A Management Letter (or similar document conveying auditor’s comments issued as a result of the audit); and
