Reporting Overtime. ‌ (a) Total hours of recorded authorized overtime for each pay period for each employee shall be reported on an attendance report and shall be signed by each Department Head or his/her designated alternate. The total hours of accumulated compensatory time taken off during each pay period shall be likewise reported.
