BCHMC will provide to CMHC, every six (6) months, the Progress Report set out in Schedule C, which includes inter alia, progress towards realizing the Targets and Outcomes and updated information on Projects and Recipients, as well as any necessary updates to the Action Plan to achieve the Targets and Outcomes, all in accordance with the parameters set out in Schedule C.
