Reporting Notification. A. Quarterly Reports In addition to any reports required pursuant to §19 or pursuant to any exhibit, for any contract having a term longer than 3 months, Local Agency shall submit, on a quarterly basis, a written report specifying progress made for each specified performance measure and standard in this Agreement. Such progress report shall be in accordance with the procedures developed and prescribed by the State. Progress reports shall be submitted to the State not later than ten (10) Business Days following the end of each calendar quarter or at such time as otherwise specified by the State. If SLFRF Funds are used the report must be in the format of Exhibit P. B. Litigation Reporting If Local Agency is served with a pleading or other document in connection with an action before a court or other administrative decision making body, and such pleading or document relates to this Agreement or may affect Local Agency’s ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement, Local Agency shall, within 10 days after being served, notify the State of such action and deliver copies of such pleading or document to the State’s principal representative identified in §16.
