Reporting generally. Affimed shall keep the Company and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ fully informed as to its progress, results, status and plans for performing and implementing the Development Plan. Such information shall be given by periodic, informal oral reports, and by a Quarterly written report delivered not later than twenty (20) days following the end of every Quarter.
