Reporting Functionality Clause Samples
The Reporting Functionality clause defines the requirements and processes for generating, delivering, and maintaining reports related to the agreement. It typically outlines what information must be included in reports, the frequency and format of reporting, and the responsibilities of each party in providing or reviewing these reports. This clause ensures that all parties have access to timely and accurate information, promoting transparency and enabling effective monitoring of compliance or performance under the contract.
Reporting Functionality. 4.4.1 The Supplier shall provide Programme Administrators with access to all data that is captured when a transaction is processed, via direct access to the Online Programme Management Tool.
4.4.2 The Online Programme Management Tool shall provide functionality which allows Programme Administrators to produce bespoke reports from all the data stored in the Online Programme Management Tool.
4.4.3 The Online Programme Management Tool shall provide functionality which allows Programme Administrators to enhance the detail of reporting, e.g. split transactions, code transactions, and add cost centre numbers, as a minimum.
4.4.4 The Supplier shall ensure that the Online Programme Management Tool provides the following reporting functionality, as a minimum:
4.4.4.1 an overview of Spend, customisable as required;
4.4.4.2 a dashboard allowing drill down to each transaction. The drill down shall be to line item detail where transactions are made with level 3 data-enabled Merchants;
4.4.4.3 a monthly report showing all new Payment Cards which have been issued, to include cardholder’s name, card number, issue date and expiry date.
4.4.5 The Supplier shall also ensure that the Online Programme Management Tool provides the following reporting functionality:
4.4.5.1 individual transaction searches, providing line item detail for transactions which are made to level 3 data-enabled Merchants;
4.4.5.2 declined transactions reports;
4.4.5.3 compliance reports detailing Spend outside of specific Merchants and Merchant categories (as defined by the Contracting Body).
4.4.6 The Supplier shall ensure that Programme Administrators have access and permissions to view multiple account details for the purposes of reporting at Contracting Body level and for central reporting, and to produce bespoke reports.
4.4.7 The Supplier shall ensure that the Online Programme Management Tool has functionality to enable audit checks to be carried out, based on random sampling of accounts.
Reporting Functionality. Provider Agencies must notify HMIS Lead Agency in writing of any changes to User ID including, but not limited to, new personnel, and released or terminated personnel.
Reporting Functionality. The following reporting functionality will be required:- -„real time‟ instant access to data -Able to provide instant management information reports directly to the designated company‟s contract manager without requesting it from the supplier each time -Management information reports should be able to be produced quickly and efficiently with the company‟s designated contracts manager able to draw down a number of reports by setting criteria as appropriate to produce. -Examples of the types of management information reports likely to be required are detailed below. The list of examples is not exhaustive and the system should be flexible to allow the production of bespoke reports by setting specific criteria dependent upon company requirements. spend by business area the total individual volume of each product that is ordered; the total value of orders; top 50 goods supplied; number of orders processed; average lines per order; average value per order; any products removed/ added ; order fulfilment; percentage of orders delivered within agreed timescales; number of returns including reasons; number of credits raised including reasons; and -Notwithstanding the above requirements, the supplier will be required to produce reports as appropriate in the line with the performance measures and general reporting requirements detailed in the contract.
Reporting Functionality. Contractor will provide to the Commission statistical analysis and reporting as to the number of housing listings, number of landlords registered and other basic reporting information requested by the Commission.
Reporting Functionality. The Contractor's Baseline Services staff shall be responsible for creating user accounts, using the States Single Sign On solution, for State Entity Users to view the information and reports as provided by the Contractor. The Contractor shall grant authorization to the State as "users", as necessary, to facilitate "read" access to reports provided within the Contractor’s reporting software.
