Reporting Center Sample Clauses

The Reporting Center clause establishes a designated location or platform where parties are required to submit specific reports, notifications, or documentation related to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the types of information to be reported, the format and frequency of submissions, and the responsible parties for both providing and receiving the reports.
