Reporting and Documentation. a. Holding meetings with Owners’ representatives on regular basis and as may be required; and b. Reporting to Owners regarding construction progress on a weekly progress report including any other relevant information (major non-conformities, delays, changes in equipment, construction or design, extra costs, etc.) and obtaining Owners’ consent where necessary.
