Common use of REPORT STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

REPORT STANDARDS. The Contractor must submit all written reports required by this Contract for advance review in a format approved by the Project Officer. Reports must be accurate and grammatically correct and should not contain spelling errors. The Contractor will bear the cost of correcting grammatical or spelling errors and inaccurate report data and of other revisions that are required to bring the report(s) into compliance with this section. Whenever possible, proposals must comply with the following guidelines: • printed double-sided on at least 30% recycled-content and/or tree-free paper • recyclable and/or easily removable covers or binders made from recycled materials (proposals with glued bindings that meet all other requirements are acceptable) • avoid use of plastic covers or dividers • avoid unnecessary attachments or documents or superfluous use of paper (e.g. separate title sheets or chapter dividers)
