The REPORT PHASE clause defines the period or process during which parties are required to prepare and submit reports related to the contract's subject matter. Report Phase. The Secretariat shall, in respect of any Change Proposal submitted to it by the Panel, prepare a written report (the Change Report) on the proposal (the Report Phase). Report Phase. Activities and Deliverables/Outputs WRMA will formally report the results of its IV&V project support by providing an IV&V Evaluation and Recommendations Report to the Florida client. Additionally, the IV&V team will supply its feedback during project stakeholder meetings. Our formal IV&V Evaluation Report will document our independent assessment of compliance or noncompliance with requirements, and evidence supporting the conclusions and recommendations on deployment.
