Common use of Report Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Report Maintenance. Vendor will be subject to audit by federal, state and local agencies pursuant to this Agreement. Vendor will maintain all reports, records, debris reporting tickets and Agreement correspondence for a period of not less than three (3) years.
