Hand Loaded Collection Equipment. Hand load trucks, trailers or equipment are discouraged and may be used only in areas where typical collection equipment cannot access and only with prior written authorization of the County. These “hand loaders” must remove all eligible debris as outlined in section 3.4. All equipment must be capable of self-unloading, equipment that must be unloaded by hand or requires assistance from operator at DMS site will not be permitted to dump at DMS sites.
