Common use of Replacement Services Clause in Contracts

Replacement Services. As more specifically described in the Statements of Work, Supplier shall, upon Gap’s Approval, and at no additional cost to Gap other than any applicable ARCs and the terms of any New Services, replace, upgrade, and provide additional Supplier Equipment as may be necessary for Supplier to perform the Services in accordance with the Service Levels and as provided in this Agreement.
