Replacement Services. If USAC terminates this MSA for any purpose in this Section other than Force Majeure or convenience, in whole or in part, it may acquire, under commercially reasonable terms and conditions, the terminated Services from another source, and Vendor will be liable to USAC for any reasonable excess costs for such Services. In the event of a partial termination, Vendor shall continue the work not terminated.
